Weekly report for MonGirl Conquest v0.6


Hello! MonGirl Conquest’s v0.5.5 public wave is up for grabs! Don’t forget to check it out if you haven’t already.

Artists are finishing their tasks. Here’s a preview for titwolf’s fan service story. Sadly, there are no other  previews at the moment. All pending scenes should arrive during the last week before the release. Stay tuned for previews!

There’s nothing big to report since I’m focused on finishing and playtesting the new content. Cordelia’s puzzle was a pain to code since it’s the most dynamic and interactive puzzle I’ve made. Out of the box, RPG Maker doesn’t support some functions that I needed, so I had to use some crutches. Anyway, the most difficult part is over, and now I just need to tune everything down.

This time we have a lot of stuff to cram into the release and test it out. I’m not sure that everything planned will make it into the update. In the worst-case scenario, titwolf’s fan service story will be pushed to the next month in order to finish it properly. So, the main story and Cordelia’s optional adventure are in focus. We’ll see how it will go.

The release window stays in the usual middle of the month, August 14th-16th. If something changes, I’ll make a separate info post with details.

As a sidenote, I plan to slim up my Patreon page by cleaning up Summer Holidays and League of corruption. If you are interested in downloading these – it would be best to do so before the next release since around 16th-17th of August they will be gone. At least for a time. If the fate will decide to reanimate these projects – fine, but at the moment these aren’t holding up to the quality bar I would like to showcase on the page.
