Mongirl Conquest features and FAQ

MonGirl Conquest has special controls and features which can make your playthrough more enjoyable.

This guide is focusing on game features only. If you have any trouble running the game, check out these guides for MacOS and Linux. Windows doesn’t need any extras to run. Make sure that your active user has the right to write in the game's folder to avoid problems with saves. Or contact me directly.

MonGirl encounters

There’s an optional tutorial at the start of the game. If you didn’t play MonGirl Conquest before, I recommend checking it out.

Monster girls roam in the wild. You can find them on your journeys around the world. Different colors mean different types of encounters. The blue color is for normal girls. And red is for rare monster girls. All encounters are either seduction or combat minigames.

Some girls will be aggressive for one reason or the other. A few smacks and they will back down. Most of them will accept a... Peaceful option if you’ll demonstrate that you are stronger. To offer the girl to have some fun instead of fighting, use your “Have fun” skill under the “Lewd skills” menu. If you impressed her with your strength, she will gladly accept.

Some girls don’t want to fight and will try to flirt with you. They just want to have some fun with a good partner. Prove you are good enough for her. Seduce the girl by finding her weak spots by using lewd skills like touching and groping. The weak spots can be anything like ears, breasts, or even a tail. Just don’t pull too hard or hit them.

Different girls have different preferences, so you’ll need to find out these by trying. If you’ll hit the sweet spot, she’ll let you know. There will be a big heart animation, you can’t miss it. After scoring enough points, the girl will offer to have sex herself. You don’t need to use the “Have fun” skill for this. But don’t take too much time to interest a girl! If she becomes bored, she’ll just run away.

Keyboard control and remapping

You can use the options menu to remap all functions in the game. There are some presets built-in for your convenience, but feel free to experiment and pick the layout that suits you the best.

Gallery/H Scene Features

MonGirl Conquest’s gallery stores all H scenes and tracks your overall progress. H scenes have H voice and effect support. If you don’t like it - you can mute all H sounds in the options.

Quest journal

MonGirl Conquest has a journal system. You can access it at any time in the on-map menu. Don’t forget to check it out if you feel stuck or don’t know what to do.

Autosave feature

MonGirl Conquest uses the 30th slot for auto-saving each time you change the map. There is no difference between the global map, indoors, or outdoors areas. You can’t manually save in this slot, but free to use all others.

Dialogue Features

You can hide the dialogue/message box by pressing Shift. No clicks or buttons will force the text/cutscene to proceed before you press Shift again. This may be useful if you want to check out some details of the art, but the text box obscures them.

Miscellaneous Features

You can sprint by holding the Shift button or enabling “Always Dash” in the options menu.

You can skip dialogues and speed up cutscenes by holding the Enter button.

Also, don't forget about the fullscreen mode. You can toggle it with F4 at any time.

FAQ section

I can’t leave a menu on my Android device. There’s no cancel button! - On mobile devices, you can use two finger tap as a cancel button. So, just tap once with two fingers to activate this function. This will erase a symbol during the naming process at the start of the game. Also, it will allow you to back out from any menu in the game. If there’s no menu present activating two finger tap will call the on-map menu.

I’m trying to play on MacOS/Linux and the game doesn’t start. What do I do? - Check out these guides for MacOS and Linux. Windows doesn’t need any extras to run. Make sure that your active user has the right to write in the game's folder to avoid problems with saves. Or contact me directly.

Help, I can’t save! - Make sure that your active user has the right to write in the game’s folder to avoid problems with saves. You can easily test it out by entering the game and making a save right at the start. Check it out right away. I strongly recommend doing this to avoid losing your progress.

I played with an older release and want to try a new one. Will my progress move to the new version? – Yes, the progress between versions won’t be lost if not otherwise stated. For mobile devices, this happens on its own. Just install the new version apk and it will update the existing app, preserving your saves. As for other platforms, just go into your older release, open the “www” folder, and copy your entire save folder into the new release to keep all your progress.

Some shady guy wants a password/code. What’s this about? – It’s part of the Patreon reward system. All patrons of tier “Master” or higher receive such a code in their reward packs. Each code is effective for its own release and will unlock the full gallery if you tell it to the shady guy. There are no exclusive patron-only scenes. You can unlock all content just by playing MonGirl Conquest.

I read about some cool changes in a weekly report but can’t find them in the game. Why? - Most likely it’s because I’m talking about things that will be released in the next update. I started marking which release version I’m talking about in the post’s name/header to avoid any confusion.

Can I use my Xbox/supercool underwater joystick to play the game? – The fair answer is you can try to do it, but I can’t guarantee anything. RPG Maker has some joystick support out of the box, but players reported problems with their devices. On the other hand, some finished my games on joysticks without any trouble.

If you have any questions or problems, feel free to contact me.
