Weekly report for MonGirl Conquest v0.2

Hello! MonGirl Conquest’s v0.1.9 Magus release wave is up for grabs! Don’t forget to check it out if you haven’t already.

Artists are hard at work and the second new character, fennec, is almost done. We’ve discussed the last changes with the artist recently and these should take around a day or two based on their real life stuff. Stay tuned for a preview, she’s a cute one! As for the scenes, as always, they will come closer to the release date since they require a bigger workload most of the time. We are still looking at the same 3-4 scenes as I mentioned previously.

I’m more or less done with the new base exploration features and switching over to the story and bar updates. You can expect some new stuff in the bar and a side-quest branch for it, featuring a new character.

As for the main quest, you’ll get more kitty stuff before going for the new desert zone exploration. I’m working on preparation for it, but reluctant to move there so soon. At the moment, it will require a lot of fillers like skeleton encounters and, judging from the feedback, the players aren’t happy about smacking skeletons instead of seducing hot girls. So, once we’ll get 3 girls for the new zone – we’ll go there.

I guess you can say that a 6 month waiting is over. Remember those buttons in the main menu that lead to Patreon and the FAQ post? Those stopped working properly some time ago, and I made a support ticket about this on Patreon. Since the same problem is in Yorna that didn’t get any upgrades for a long time, the issue is on Patreon’s side. And now the official answer – a gentler version of “Not our problem lul”. Well, guess I’m back to square one… I’ll try to figure something out.

Meanwhile, I make small yet steady progress with Yorna’s Lovense update. Main bulk of the new code should be finished pretty soon and I’ll start updating the encounters + syncing them between the public and paid versions. That’s right, both will get the update. Just to be clear, Lovense update will be free for the full game package and not DLC-like standalone. I swear the world has too much of this shit already…

Oh, and if you got some trouble in Yorna - share them in the comments section. I'll take a look before the release, and there's a high chance it will be fixed during the Lovense rollout.

Fixed a bug that reset girls working in the bar. If you’ll get this effect in the current version, just talk with Mike in the bar and enter the working girls menu. You don’t need to change anything there. The girls will update properly after this.

Adjusted the main quest journal entry. Now, it directly states that you need a camp upgrade to get the potion for Cleo.
