Weekly report for MonGirl Conquest v0.2.2


Hello! MonGirl Conquest’s v0.2.1 Magus release wave is up for grabs! Don’t forget to check it out if you haven’t already.

Artists are finishing their tasks bit by bit and the first previews will arrive closer to the weekend. Namely, wild cat’s Spine updated scene and most likely Scorpomama.

I’m finishing the main story arc of the update. Most of the maps are ready, and I’m working on the logic to tie them all together. Story-wise, you’ll set foot on the new sand island, meet the local rulers, and even get a favor with them. That is, if you can, of course. And will it actually be a favor?

Also, more or less finished with the barmaid's new uniform game sprite. Oof, sometimes I remember too late that I’ll need to re-create that interesting design in the game itself… Either way, if the artists will finish titwolf’s new sprite during the preparations – you’ll see it in the next update. We still need to add some stuff for the future when you’ll get to pick active barmaid girls, but this can wait.

As for the new seduction system, I tried to make a test mock-up, and it seems RPG Maker doesn’t even need too many hammer uh… adjustments to work with the idea. Though, even if the logic is fine, we’ll need artists to supply seduction animations. So, the concept is sound, but most likely it will not be in v0.2.2. No estimate dates yet since we are getting close to the summer, and many artists tend to make their breaks during this time. Anyway, I’ll keep you posted about all the important stuff.
