Hi! Yes, harpies will pop up on the future girl polls and if players will vote for them, I'll add them to the game. As for the pregnancy system, can't say for sure. It's possible to make something like this in the future, but at the moment most of my free time is funneled into getting Spine 2D scenes into the game.
In short, keep an eye out for various polls that I use to see what features and girls players want to see next.

It changes from girl to girl so you'll need to explore how they react and not just press the same skill until you win. Though, this can work too in some cases.

The idea for the layout and foundations is great, it's there and all it needs now is more content. The more monster girls that get added along with more ways to enjoy them there are the better it will be, the gameplay direction is great.
Will there be kitsunes? If so can we please get a scene where the player can touch the fluffy tails? Also, so far I love the game but I gotta ask, do the sentences in the sex scenes do anything? If not, will they do anything in future updates?

I need a run through on how to make a name as double tap only adds letters not delete them, then i try to buy somthing and i cant even buy anything or select anything or i get stuck in the menu with no way to get out of the shop menu. I went to pick up the adveturer garb and got it but now i cant even exit the menu. I can select the 2 clothes in the menu but cant do anything else. Am i missing something? There is no back button and if i use my phone back button it exits the game.

No, not at all. Some characters you'll encounter in MonGirl Conquest first appeared in Yorna and you'll know more about them if you'll play it before the Conquest, but it's in no way necessary to understand what's going on. I plan to make all content perfectly playable for someone who picks MonGirl Conquest as their first game about monster girls.
While I don't plan to add these as core content, it's possible if players will vote for it during content polls. But it's too early for these. It's literally the first release and even some core functions are not fully in.
I'm afraid this version difference might be the case for your problem. I can't reproduce the problem on my virtual machine, but it's most likely tied to the operating system version. I run the recommended Mac OSX 10.10 while the official support says that MacOS Big Sur 11.0 and later are not supported at all.
It depends on a case-by-case basis since some players ran my games on unsupported MacOS versions. Kadokawa's (RPG Maker's devs) position is simple - you either run the tested version or it is provided as-is for anything different. RPG Maker uses support libraries for running on MacOS platforms and I guess there are problems with these on the newer platforms. Besides, they are gunning for a new RPG Maker MZ now and it's unlikely that MV (the platform that I use for my games) will get an update.

I can't get the seduction for the small butterfly to work. It seems to be inconsistent with when the correct action is supposed to work.

It does. You can check the amount of mongirl types you seduced in the save/load screen.
How can I transfer my saves from 1.1 to 1.2? On Windows btw.
Go into your older release, open the “www” folder, and copy your entire save folder into the new release to keep all your progress.

Yes, RPG Maker can be very capricious on Mac systems. Any errors or screenshots on what goes wrong? It's hard to say anything without the details.

If you'll finish Yorna, you'll know that Yorna can't make an appearance in this game. Though, you'll encounter other butterflies.
The mommy version is already in the game and the young version will come in the next update, around June 14th-16th.
