For desktop platforms, just download the new version and copy your old save folder into the version of the game. For Android, just install the apk as an update and it will hook up the old saves on auto.

Is there any way to mod the game? Like adding images to a specific scene. For example the blowjob scene for tongue twister?
Tongue-twister already has a BJ scene. Not sure what are you talking about, but there's no easy way to mod the game outside from the RPG Maker itself.

hey, i can't get rid of a black layer around the actual game when I go to fullscreen, is there a known fix ?
The game has a resolution of 1280x720. Even if you try to use fullscreen mode, it won't change the aspect ratio.

As for the updates, my games receive monthly updates with an exception for December -> January period. Next update will arrive in the February.
