Artists are hard at work and I expect the first scene to be done art-wise during the next week - stay tuned for a preview! Aside from a new H scene, you can expect a new character popping up before the release.  

The “skill growth” system I talked about in dev’s plans is already in the game and I’m tuning the benefits from passive perks it provides. My ideal vision of this system is rather simple. It should reward you for in-game activities but shouldn’t shackle your freedom to check out other weapon or playstyle options.  

Some players may have expected more direct combat and you will see it in the upcoming update. During v0.1, Kira will have her first ”real” task and unlock the option to take missions from Freak. These will be primary ”operation battlegrounds” for the start of the game with their own local goals and paths to reach them.  

Additional “freeroam” maps like sewers will be added a bit later so combat-oriented players can get their fun along with credits, craft materials and other useful bits.  

Ouro v0.1 will introduce the first classic puzzle. I’m working on it right now. These will be close to Yorna’s, with Kira interacting directly with puzzle pieces to solve it. Hacking won’t disappear but I believe it will be more interesting to mix different approaches to keep the gameplay dynamic puzzle-wise.  

Aside from this I made a few small fixed on graphics and interface side of the game. This opens path to prepare for H scene animation and combat missions.
