Weekly report


Let’s see what happened during this week.  

Gai Noob is working on the new H scene. Currently, we are on a detailed sketch step and moving towards clear linework and base coloring. The static preview should be up during the next week. Risky breeze dress is completed, and you check it out in a separate preview post. Logic-wise, it’s already in the game.  

I’m almost finished with new maps and their structure. This allows me to use the last week for the animation and coding in all the logic + testing. This time you’ll see the situation heating around Polecats territory and I’ll make a feedback poll after v0.1.5’s public release to see if players find the story-driven main quests to be interesting or prefer Yorna’s approach.  

Also, I’m working on adding more lore and setting related information in the game. Some players wanted to know more about the N city and their surroundings. The new release will give you such an opportunity via a new dialogue option in Freak’s arsenal.  

So far, I don’t see any big reasons to push the release date away from the usual middle of the month despite New Year celebrations leaving less time to prepare. You can expect v0.1.5 to release around January 14th-16th. I’ll make a separate post if anything changes.  

Don’t want to make a separate post with patron rewards poll about making a “movie” out of H loops. Movies lead with an overwhelming point advantage so v0.1.5 will be the first release to get them if everything goes as planned. These movies will be added to Masters’ and higher tier packs.  

Added standard autosave trigger to NetDive puzzle to make it equal with other map transitions.  

Changed credits gain pop-up logic so it would fire after the player is already on club's map. This way it won't fade out too quickly leaving you unsure if you got the reward. This change has no effect on the amount of gained credits.
