When a quest sends you to look for Mortimer's Tower in the mountains, it actually means you need to go to the Ancient Tower past the snowy mountains.
This miscommunication had me confused for quite some time…
And even after I read a comment saying it was in the southeast corner of the map, I spent most of my time looking in the sunken version through the Kitsune's portal looking for more passageways that may have not been obvious because of the indication blending in to the scenery.
Only when I accidently pressed A instead of Y by accedent while in the Ancient Tower did I actually get some message saying I was looking for something. And only when I checked the other rubble did I find a way to progress.
Apparently I couldn't get any hints from people in the lab, nor was the "Help" command actually very helpful.
Could you kindly address this in the next update?
I think even if I will place a giant red arrow some players won’t be able to understand where to go next. Yorna doesn’t have any planned updates. I may release a cumulative improvement pack later but it won’t happen in the foreseeable future since Ouro is getting all of my time.
I figured there wouldn't be updates for a while.
Though, if you name the Ancient Tower map Mortimer's Tower, or have mentions of Mortimer's Tower replaced with the Ancient Tower, that would help.
Specifying that it's past the snowy mountains would help, too, as when I look at the current overworld, I see the north mountains, southwest mountains, and southeast mountains. The two southren mountain ranges have visible towers.
Being able to talk to NPCs that give additional information could also help… To be more to the point, due to my experience with fortune tellers in RPGs, as well as Legend of Zelda, I find myself going to the fortune teller (in the town with the seamstress) for guidance when the help command isn't very descriptive\useful and I can't find the relevant location\NPC for the quest… Only to find that their dialogue hasn't changed.
In either case, these are just free suggestions. I eventually figured it out through a combination of research with trial and error.
Tips on beating the last boss?
What I did was just equip full magic loadout and spam attacks and then when I get low hp I spam heal, I also overspent on hp potions as well.
I still can't do anything. She just two shots me so I can't do anything but get off 1 spell and heal for the rest of the fight.
Never mind! I was eventually able to beat her with the Fairy outfit.
Wow, that’s impressive, because the fairy dress is quite too weak compared to the other dresses, so maybe that’s why you were struggling. Other dresses give more hp and magic dmg/physical dmg and other effects.
How do I get the bo weapon?
Puzzle/stash reward from pandas' cave. Plus, it can be enchanted via your lab.

Yes, I remember that you mentioned all stashed goods being already dug up before you got to them. I’m working on this - all the caches are ok but I didn’t reach the floating island yet. Perhaps it will be faster and easier if you’ll provide me your zipped save folder.
Well, I forgot to mention that I’m not playing on the downloaded version, I’m playing online. If that explains why I’m having problems, then I’ll just restart on the downloaded version.
No, it shouldn’t if the owner of that web portal didn’t change the original logic. Can't guarantee anything outside my own releases but a complete restart is too much.

Sorry for the late answer, just finished Yorna's playthrough and I can confirm that hidden loot dig sites were untoched after I cleared the boss on the floating island. I checked 3 locations in total and all of them were untouched - dug up all of them without a problem.
So how do you wear the maid uniform?
Go into the menu and click on “equip”, then select “dress”, then equip maid dress.
I haven't played the full version yet since I did a run some versions back, liked it, and didn't want to peck at it.
A bit confused though. Is the EX 1.03 versions patreon exclusive or just a paid version exclusive. I get that it's gotta pay, and have no problem there, just unsure where I go on that front.
The lack of pay options suggest the patreon thing, but are there any plans to make a paid version on the itch.io store available?
Sorry for the late answer. Yes, EX version is exclusive to the Patreon at the moment. Initially, I planned to use it for distribution platforms like Steam and Nutaku since it’s pretty silly to push a public version to them.
Yet this plan failed due to several unforeseen requirements from Nutaku and Steam needs a movie for the shop. Most likely I will try to prepare everything I need for Steam while forfeiting Nutaku. They want about 1/4 of scenes changed or cut which is a problem. Can’t provide any estimated dates.
In short, grab the public version and if you decide that you like it enough to say “thanks” - get the EX via Patreon because I can’t say when Yorna will make it in Steam.

Use the "Help" function in the on-map menu and Ada will give you a hint what you need to do. Shady guy wants Patreon code to unlock the gallery. He's not tied to the plot or any puzzles.
How do I turn off autosaving?
I saved my game so I could load it if I made a mistake.

Don't get me wrong, the game is great. Just kind of has a few kinks to work out, and not the sexy kind.
I'm rather enjoying the game, it just keeps getting interupted by a few snags here and there.
Err… Let me get this straight - you used 30th slot for a manual save and then tried to load it, right? Well, that’s why I recommend using any other slot except 30th. There 29 more and it should suffice even for a very cautious approach.
Just as I write in the FAQ post, the autosave feature will overwrite 30th slot each time you change your current zone. Besides, due to players’ requests, I made potions that change Ada’s lewd level. You can’t make an irreversible mistake in Yorna.
There’s no option to disable autosaving since it’s harmless and beneficial if you don’t use 30th save slot for manual saving.
I wanted to get Lear's (the fairy') imprint, but because I spoke to Gabby (the Oni), I couldn't get Lear's imprint…
Is there a potion to fix that…?
No, guess you can say it's irreversable if you care about a small dialogue scene.
So, it doesn't matter which imprint you bring? I figured since Gabby's scene had her getting aroused that it was the wrong choice, since the church wanted a crystal that had an imprint that was not marred with lust.
Both will work for the quest. The only difference is in the dialogue scene with monster girls.
How do I edit the controls?

What is Alt or Tab set to, and how do I change it to nothing?
Looks like Alt triggers autobattle feature despite Control listed as the official activator. There’s no way to edit this setting via a GUI both in the final game client and editor. This can be only changed through the code of autobattle plugin.
I made a note for the future, will look into it after Ouro’s release.
There's also the numpad being mapped to the directional inputs, but that's more a problem unique to me, since I use it to change my controller mode.

How can I get "Domination" scenes in gallery?
You have to use lewd abilities to defeat certain monsters to get the scenes.

I have finished the main storyline but my progress only shows 96% content clear, i did the baron’s mansion, vagabond camp, church, what else do I have?
Try the alchemist in the first village.
Oh I already gave her some items too and unlocked lust drafts.
Maybe I didn’t finish the baron’s mansion? I can go downstairs for the threesome and serviced all the customers upstairs and Baron. Am I missing anything else?
Hmm, looks like that's all of the main optional activities which I can remember at the moment. Baron's line will add a single clear point after you talk to the "manager" on the second floor and most likely you've already done it if you can access the basement.
Don't worry about it, you've already beaten the game.

Edit: But another thing I just wanna say, there is a bug where starting from the panda’s cave the treasures are already dug up when I just found the location. It really annoys me because I want the items.
This shouldn’t be the case. Did you use save editor or something like this? Each treasure has a unique key to track their status and normally it changes only after you dig the cache up. These aren’t shared among different saves or playthroughs so it looks like something altered the usual logic.
I didn’t use a save editor, but I did restart the game from a save file.
Oh and by the way this bug didn't apply to after the floating island's treasure. And what is mithril ore used for?

Oops, sorry - Itch bundles up notifications for comments if several of them pop up at the same day so I didn’t notice this one.
Are you sure about the cheating or save editing? Last three times someone reported a bug from Yorna it was a case of ”ok, ma~aybe I edited saves to get some gold” and ending up screwing game logic. Since caches were around back from the middle of the game’s development, I find it hard to understand why other players didn’t encounter the problem.
What ”restart the game from a save file” means? Did you transfer your save files from an older release into a new one and continued the story this way? The transfer can’t affect anything if you copied the save folder as I mentioned in the FAQ section and most posts with new versions.
To sum it up, all caches were already dug up until you reached the floating island and you are absolutely sure you never did it yourself? What game version are you using?

Yes, I’m playing this game normally, and as for the “restart the game from save file”, that was when I commented that I didn’t know what to do after beating Serena and then realized I broke the game because I did the vagabonds’ quest first before talking to her, and then deleted my newer saves and restarted using an old save from before I defeated Serena. Yes, the caches were all dug up until I reached the floating island, and I absolutely did not dig up the caches myself. I am using version 1_0b.
Got it. This should be the case as I already mentioned, I’ll look into it but can’t give an estimated date since Ouro’s development consumes most of my time.
Also, starting vagabond’s questline shouldn’t be critical in any way. Did you try to talk with Ayane on that step? Perhaps it’s a case of a non-so-clear help hint…

For the ice map you need the fire crystal in the desert, for the volcano you need the water crystal from the tower in the ice map. You take the crystals to Ayane at the fox shrine so you can use them. By the way before going to the tower you need to get the air essence from Raiju at the Snowy mountains.

Hello there. After reading the comments, I found out I have to defeat the Raiju boss to get the air essence. Although, I am having trouble finding where the raiju boss is at? I looked all over the mountain area SE of Ayane's Shrine, and checked the cave in the area multiple times but I can't seem to find the boss. Not sure if I'm just stupid or I'm just missing something. I'd appreciate it if anyone can help me out.
I forgot to mention that I completed the Vagabond's questline already, if that has any relevance to my problem.
Err… What does the help function from the on-map menu say? Most likely you already did this step since you completed vagabonds’ story and Idris plays a role there. The game won’t allow you fully complete it if you didn’t progress the main quest far enough by defeating Raiju.
Help Menu:
1. "I need to get the air essence and try to tame it. Ayane suggested searching the mountains South-East from her shrine."
2. "I have a bad feeling about those Vagabonds yet first I must learn more about what happened with Serena..."
The information above displays what the help menu says. Considering the information you told me, I assume I actually have not completed the Vagabonds Questline as I had initally thought.
In this case, go to the mountains area with a healing statue and take the northern exit. Press Q to hide Ada's on-map sprite and get a better view.

so this is probably a really stupid question but how do i progress in the tower in the volcano area i have been trying for hours i can only get into the room with the minitars
Beat the hellhound and get the fire crystal just as the tooltip says. She's on the lower level, left turn on the fork camera-wise.
i cant find the way down to the lower floors though im stuck in the entrance room and the room with the minitaurs im looking for the earth essence
Go south in the first lava room, then use western exit on the fork.

Is there any walkthrough of the game? Because I literally don't know what else to do, I talked to everybody, I tried accessing the "Help" option to see if I need to do anything but still nothing, everybody says the same thing all over again.
Try downloading the game directly from Patreon. Something like this happened several months ago and the only answer I got from the support was ”Ugh… Re-upload it.”
Perhaps their stance will change if more people report this issue since the support didn’t want to look into it earlier.
What is the "Dress Collection" from gallery and how do I unlock it? Do I need to have all the dresses... or what? Or... It can be unlocked by the code you need to give it to Shady Guy.
Just finish the game once and this will unlock it. It's not a scene just the complete collection of all dresses.
And I have another question, where do I get the swords that I can enchant from the guy in the laboratory? Like the comrade or other the others.. I went to all of the weapon shops, but still didn't find them, do I need to craft it? Maybe in the next updates you can make a book or something that tells players how to get them.
And also... How do I find Yorna again so I can make the slutty sex scene? And the mansion gang bang.. I can't get the normal one, only the slutty one, I tried like minimum of 50 times, changing the clothes still doesn't do anything, I only need these two scenes to make the full gallery. Oh.. I didn't mentioned I have slutiness level 70, I tried drinking potions so I can walk nude.. Is this the problem?
You get parts of these swords from puzzles during the first half of the game then Ada will comment on restoring the blade at the blacksmith. Then you need to enchant it inside the castle’s lab and choose blade’s stats.
You don’t need to fight bosses twice to get both scenes. From day 1, each boss gives you a special heart item. Use it to unlock both scenes with the corresponding in the gallery.
The type of scene depends on Ada’s lewd level. After a certain threshold, you‘ll get only lewd ones. Decrease Ada’s lewd level or make a pure playthrough to get the normal ones.
Is it too late for me to ask how to do the Crystal Cave puzzle with the orbs?
Use the altar below the gate section to paint grey orbs based on hints - other orbs before said gates. It’s not hard, just experiment a bit.

Technically, you can transfer your save files into mobile version but this requires root access. Considering the risks, I decided not to make any kind of guides for this to avoid collateral damage.

It’s a matter of skill and potential. Yorna is an ancient monster girl and while she hasn’t returned to her full power at the moment of the boss fight, she’s still very strong. To effectively work, silencing user must be at least neat target’s power level. Otherwise, the target will hardly notice the hindrance.
Imagine you are playing tug-of-war with a first-grader. Most likely he won’t be able to do anything. Swap the child with a pro powerlifter and suddenly the situation changes dramatically.

Optional activities and quests like the mansion, alchemy mini-quest. Also, check out vagabond's camp and Octa church - they have their own small questlines.

Help function will give you tips only about the main quest and secondary objectives you discovered yourself. For example, if you won't visit Octa church on your own and take a quest there, help option in the menu won't mention it.
Besides, it's optional stuff - don't get fixated on it.

The choice is tied to Ada's lewd level at the moment of losing the battle or scene activation.
i am assuming that the lewd level is displayed by Ada's expression but every time i surrender or lose the battle the lewd level is high so how do i lose with a low lewd level so i can unlock the normal cg

Sometimes enemies are attacking first at combat. Is it randomize or have a way to attack first ?
Check info posts like this one. This way you'll find an answer faster.
Speed affects action order during combat. Characters with higher speed act first. Some skills can affect your speed both positively and negatively. For example, healing skills and drinking potions have top priority to avoid scenarios where players decide to heal but get finished off by a faster enemy.

These puzzles are optional - you can beat the game without solving even one. Save them for later or just ignore puzzles if you find them difficult.

It restricts enemies from using some skills. There are combat moves that not require verbal components and your foes still can use them even while silenced.

I'm on mobile, is there any way to enable Ada's image on the right side of the screen? I seem to have disabled it and idk how to enable it.
As I mentioned in my last post about the new patch, Ada’s on-map sprite is hidden except for cutscenes. Players actively messaged me that they want to see more map instead of Ada.
This is a temporal solution until I'll get more time to make a proper toggle option for mobile.

Yes, if I understand the problem correctly, the solution is in FAQ section for MacOS platform.

That's strange because the exact same error was fixed by following the guide. Basically, the game says that it can't create the save file because it doesn't have enough rights to do so.
"4. If it's not the case - set it yourself via the menu. After changing permissions click on the gear icon and choose the "Apply to enclosed items" option from the drop-down menu."
I think the main problem is here. I can't find apply to enclosed items, the setting just seems to save itself as read and write.
Check for similar options. In different versions, it may be there under a different name. Plus, the problem is that Yorna can’t make a save files inside the ”save” folder. So, in theory, you should try to change write permissions for it and this should work.
